Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Resonance, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Items purchased online or in-store may be returned provided that:

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

Items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition

All original tags and packaging are intact

Proof of purchase is provided

Clear photographs of any faulty item are uploaded as part of the return request
Photographs must clearly show:

Front of the item

Back of the item

Tags attached

Packaging where applicable

Any fault, damage, or incorrect item (if relevant)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Within 14 Days
Items returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
You must:

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item

Return the item within 14 days of return approval
15–30 Days
Items returned between 15 and 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for store credit or exchange (subject to approval).
After 30 Days
Items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged subject to approval and stock availability.
To request an exchange, customers must:

Upload clear photographs of the item (same requirements as above)
Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Within 14 Days
Customers may request an exchange for an eligible item, subject to approval.
15–30 Days
Items may be eligible for exchange or store credit, subject to approval.
After 30 Days
Items are not eligible for exchange.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Resonance may offer:

Store credit

An alternative item

Or a refund where appropriate
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are only covered by Resonance if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for faulty, damaged or incorrect Items.

Once approved:

A replacement will be sent at no cost

If unavailable, a full refund will be issued
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
